왜 그럴까요?
Why?

빠르게 움직이는 공기의 흐름 속에 물체(튜브 공)를 놓으면 공기의 흐름 속으로 물체를 빨아들이는 힘이 있다. 공기의 속력이 빠른 곳은 압력이 감소된다. 공 주변은 유체의 속도가 빨라 압력이 주변보다 낮아져 아래로 떨어지지 않게 된다.

When you place an object (tube ball) in a fast-moving flow of air, a force sucks the object into the flow of air. The pressure is reduced where the air speed is fast. The fast speed of the air around the ball causes the pressure to be lower than the surrounding area, preventing it from falling down.
