로봇 수술이란, 첨단 수술 기구인 로봇을 이용해 수술자가 원격으로 조종하거나, 직접 시행하는 복강경 내시경 수술 방법이다. 내시경 수술은 기존의 피부를 열어 수술하는 방식에서 벗어나 여러 개의 구멍만으로도 수술을 진행 할 수 있다.

Robot surgery is an endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery method in which surgeons perform surgery by remotely controlling robots, which are high-tech surgery devices, or using them directly. Endoscopic surgery opens the skin with just a few holes, which is an advancement from traditional surgical methods opening up the skin.
