Why?

소형 회오리에서는 액체의 점성으로 인해 벽면의 액체는 늦게 회전하고 가운데 액체는 빨리 회전하게 되어 회오리 현상이 나타난다.

With the small tornado, the wall’s liquid rotates slowly due to the viscosity of the liquid and the center liquid rotates quickly, which results in a tornado phenomenon.
